The role
🎓 15 years minimum experience required
💼 Bac+5
📍 Paris
💰 Salary expected between 140K and 160K€/year, depending on experience
🏠 Face-to-face or hybrid (2-3 remote days per week depending of your client)
🇬🇧 Great professional english required
🇫🇷 Fluent french
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership and Business Integration:
- Develop and execute a strategic vision for the engineering department that aligns with the company's business goals.
- Serve as a key liaison between the engineering team and other business units, ensuring clear communication and alignment on objectives.
- Foster a culture of innovation, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making within the engineering team.
- Data-Driven Technology Development:
- Lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge technology solutions that enhance business operations and product offerings.
- Ensure the deployment of efficient, scalable, and reliable technology assets.
- Promote the use of data analytics and machine learning to inform decision-making and improve product development.
- Team Management and Development:
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team.
- Promote a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and accountability.
- Identify skill gaps in the team and oversee recruitment and training initiatives to address these needs.
- Operational Excellence and Efficiency:
- Implement best practices for software development, quality assurance, and system architecture.
- Oversee project management, ensuring timely delivery of projects within budget.
- Continuously assess and improve the efficiency of engineering processes and workflows.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with an MBA preferred.
